Return Cargo Procedure :

return the product, with your original sales receipt, to the retailer of purchase. The retailer of purchase will replace at its option, free of charge, any part determined to be defective provided that a copy of the original sales receipt is included with the product returned

The Xbox Gamepad is a standard version of the Xbox game controller, with new button layout that provides greater flexibility when gaming. Just like the Xbox controller, the Xbox Gamepad is designed to offer maximum comfort, extremely high accuracy and total control. It has complete analogue control with six analogue action buttons, two sticks and two triggers and long extension cable.
